April holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Management from the University of South Florida. Her background includes leading HR and administrative functions at a U.S.-based international company, where she played a key role in recruitment, policy development, compliance, logistics, and corporate event planning. She has also managed major technology transitions and vendor relationships, helping businesses streamline processes and grow sustainably.
As a certified SHRM-SCP, April believes in creating environments where people feel valued and empowered to do their best work. Her approach is thoughtful yet practical—focused on listening, building relationships, and helping teams navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.
